We will take any excuse to have pumpkin pie for breakfast! Below is our tried and true favorite recipe for the perfect pumpkin pie smoothie bowl! Smoothie Ingredients ½ cup of frozen cauliflower ¼ banana, frozen ¼ cup pumpkin, canned 1 ½ cup pecan mylk (or any other kind of nut mylk) 1 teaspoon of maca 1 scoop of collagen 1 teaspoon of reishi 1 teaspoon of raw buckwheat honey 4 sprays of propolis Sprinkle of cinnamon Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice Toppings Pecan pieces Cinnamon Bee pollen Shredded coconut Add all ingredients together in the blender, and blend away. If you are having a hard time blending, add more liquid. Once smooth, pour into a bowl, and top it like it’s hot! Snap a photo, tag us and then enjoy!
